haha its alright no big deal :) but anyway ... idk what to do im 17 weigh about 190 on a good day -__- i feel like such a fat fuck im tired of the way i look and feel and i know go work out go do this try this diet but no matter what i always go back to food. my boyfriend loves me and says i dont need to change but im just not happy with my self i just dont know what to do. i look in the mirror and my body my fat is just ugh. i sit down i see rolls i stand up i see rolls its just i hate it.

However, I understand where you are coming from. I’m the same now! I’m trying to improve it. 

If you want to lose weight, do it. You can lose weight by doing simple things.

For example, I lost 30 pounds in a summer by cutting my portions down, doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike, and about 50 sit ups.

That was all in my home too! I didn’t have to go to a gym. You can do anything you want. You can be whoever you want.

But just make sure you feel good. It’s about how you feel more than how you look. 

Do it for you. Be yourself. If you always go back to food, just trust me, when you work out your metabolism gets going and you don’t get hungry that often, it’s super nice.
