However, I understand where you are coming from. I’m the same now! I’m trying to improve it.
If you want to lose weight, do it. You can lose weight by doing simple things.
For example, I lost 30 pounds in a summer by cutting my portions down, doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike, and about 50 sit ups.
That was all in my home too! I didn’t have to go to a gym. You can do anything you want. You can be whoever you want.
But just make sure you feel good. It’s about how you feel more than how you look.
Do it for you. Be yourself. If you always go back to food, just trust me, when you work out your metabolism gets going and you don’t get hungry that often, it’s super nice.
